Rule 47
Period to close the proceedings of the case
: The debt recovery tribunal shall take final action and close the case within ninety days from the date of filing if the counter-claim has been filed, and if no counter-claim has been filed, from the date of payment of the deadline for filing the case. But according to Rule 445, the final action of the case should not be dismissed without payment of the deadline for the expiration of the period.
